Sale Terms and Conditions

Canadian customers should use the Canadian prices quoted in our catalogue and on our web site. All other customers should use the US dollar prices.

We accept the following modes of payment:

• VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Debit cards are not accepted
• money orders or banker’s checks payable in US funds (for orders originating outside Canada) or in Canadian funds (for Canadian orders)
• Purchase Orders from approved clinics, hospitals, schools/universities or businesses.

When payment is made by money order or banker’s check, the items ordered are shipped only after receipt of payment. All sales are final, even for purchases made through Purchase Orders. Exchanges, refunds or substitutions are not allowed.

Orders are normally shipped through Canada Post and/or USPS. A shipping charge is added to all items. Shipment via FedEx or DHL may be requested for an additional fee; if made using the purchaser’s courier account number, a handling charge is added to each purchase.

For orders entered through our web site, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the “ship to” address provided by the customer is correct and complete. Shipments that are lost or not delivered because they were sent to an incorrectly-provided address will not be replaced.
